This site is intentionally simple, and so is how it handles your data: it doesn't collect anything automatically. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts running on this website. The only information involved is what you choose to send me directly, if and when you get in touch.

This website (sara-nardi.ch) is operated by Sara Nardi, a self-employed conference interpreter and translator based in Geneva, Switzerland. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to any personal data you might share when visiting or contacting me through this site.

What data is collected

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or any automatic tracking. No data is collected simply by browsing the site.

The only personal data involved is what you choose to provide yourself, currently through:

Email — if you contact me at contact@sara-nardi.ch, or through the contact form on this site (which currently opens your own email client), I receive whatever information you include: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

How your data is used

Any information you send me is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to carry out the professional services you've asked about. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, and I do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Where your data is stored

Emails sent to contact@sara-nardi.ch are hosted through Infomaniak, a Switzerland-based provider, and are also accessible through my personal email account. I take reasonable care to keep this information secure, consistent with the confidentiality standards I apply professionally as an AIIC member.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law (the Federal Act on Data Protection), and where applicable under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Ask what personal data I hold about you
Request that it be corrected or deleted
Object to how it's being used
